British
United FC is the largest amateur football club in Belgium.
The
club was formed in 1972 and celebrated its 30th season a few
years ago.
We
now run seven teams in all, six mens' and one ladies'. The
mens' teams play in Brussels and in the surrounding province
of Brabant, as part of the ABSSA league. Two of the mens'
teams are veteran, i.e. for the 38's and over.
All
play competitively in matches every Saturday afternoon between
September and May.
Meanwhile,
the ladies play in the KBLVB league. This takes them all over
Flanders, playing weekly games on Friday evening, or Saturday/Sunday
afternoon.
The
club provides its members with top of the range facilities
to ensure the best playing conditions and efficient weekly
training sessions.
